1. About these terms
Eduvo Mock ("the service", "we", "us") is a product of Eduvo (eduvo.uz). The service lets you take practice mock exams in the format of computer-delivered IELTS Academic and Digital SAT, and see your results.
By creating an account, taking a test or buying credits, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Who sells to you
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
When you pay through Paddle, Paddle's buyer terms also apply to the payment. Paddle's name appears on your receipt and on your bank statement.
Some learners in Uzbekistan may be offered a local payment method in UZS. Those orders are sold and supported by Eduvo directly, and the checkout page says so before you pay.
3. Practice tests, not official exams
Eduvo Mock provides practice tests. A result on Eduvo Mock is a practice score. It is not an official exam result, and we do not issue certificates.
Eduvo Mock is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to IELTS, the British Council, IDP, Cambridge University Press & Assessment or College Board. IELTS is a trademark of its owners. SAT is a trademark of College Board. We use these names only to describe the format of the tests.
4. Your account
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you are younger than 16, a parent or legal guardian must agree to these terms for you and supervise your use of the service.
- Give correct information when you sign up, and keep your email address up to date.
- Keep your password private. Each account is for one person only.
- Tell us at support@eduvo.uz if you think someone else has used your account.
5. Credits and prices
You buy credits for a full mock or for a single section. Prices are shown on the Pricing page and again at checkout before you pay. Taxes are included where they apply.
Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Credits that are not used within 12 months expire.
Credits are personal. They cannot be transferred to another account or exchanged for cash.
If the AI cannot grade your Writing, or a technical fault on our side stops your mock, the credit returns to your account automatically.
6. Refunds
Refunds follow our Refund policy. In short: you can get a full refund for unused credits within 14 days of purchase. A mock you have started is not refunded, except after a technical fault on our side.
7. Fair use
When you use the service, you agree not to:
- copy, record, screenshot, publish or share test questions, passages, audio or answers;
- share your account or let another person take a test for you;
- use bots, scripts or other automated tools to access the service;
- try to get around time limits, security checks or payment;
- interfere with the service or with other learners.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. If we do, we will tell you why by email.
8. Test content and your work
Tests, questions, audio, explanations and the design of the service belong to Eduvo or to our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use them for your own practice.
Your answers and essays stay yours. You allow us to store and process them to score your test, show your results and keep your progress.
9. AI grading
Listening, Reading and SAT answers are scored when you submit. Writing is graded by AI models against the official public criteria, with feedback on each criterion. AI feedback is practice feedback and is not an official examiner's assessment.
To grade Writing, we send the essay text to an AI provider without your name or email. See our Privacy policy for details.
10. Changes to the service
We work to keep the service available, but it may be paused for maintenance or because of faults. If a fault on our side stops a mock you started, the credit is returned automatically.
We may add, change or remove features. We will not take away credits you have already paid for without a refund.
11. Liability
The service is provided for practice. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, or for decisions you make based on practice results, for example when or whether to book an official exam.
As far as the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the credits the claim is about.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that you have under consumer law and that cannot be limited by contract.
12. Closing your account
You can delete your account at any time from your account settings or by writing to support@eduvo.uz. Deletion is final after 14 days, as described in the Privacy policy.
Unused credits are lost when an account is deleted, unless they can still be refunded under the Refund policy. Ask for the refund before you delete the account.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. If a change matters to you, we will email you before it takes effect. If you keep using the service after that, the new terms apply.
