1. Who we are
Eduvo Mock (mock.eduvo.uz) is a product of Eduvo (eduvo.uz). We decide how your personal data is used on Eduvo Mock and are responsible for it. You can reach us at support@eduvo.uz.
2. What we collect
- Account: your email address, your name, and your password, which we store only in hashed form. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and name from Google.
- Profile: your country, interface language, target exam, target score and exam date, if you give them.
- Tests: your answers, essays, flags and timing, and the results we calculate from them.
- Orders: what you bought, the price, currency, country and the order status. We do not receive or store your card number.
- Technical: your IP address, browser and device type, and logs we need to keep the service secure and working.
3. Why we use it
- to create and run your account and sign you in;
- to deliver tests, score them and show your results and progress;
- to grade Writing with AI and give you feedback;
- to add the credits you bought and keep your purchase history;
- to send emails you need: email confirmation, password reset, result ready and Writing graded;
- to protect the service from fraud and abuse;
- to improve our tests, using statistics that do not identify you.
We use your data because we need it to provide the service you asked for, because of our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and improving it, and where the law requires us to keep records. We do not sell your data and we do not show advertising.
4. AI grading of Writing
To grade your Writing, we send the essay text and the task prompt to an AI model provider. We do not send your name, email address or other account details with it. The provider returns a grade and feedback, which we store with your result.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. You enter your card or wallet details in Paddle's checkout, not on our site, and we never store them. Paddle uses your payment data under its own privacy policy. We receive from Paddle only what we need to add your credits: the order status, amount, currency and country.
7. International transfers
Our servers are in the EU. Some providers, such as AI model and email providers, may process data in other countries, including the United States.
8. How long we keep data
- Account, profile and test data: while your account is open.
- After you delete your account: your personal data and your essays are removed 14 days later. Test results may be kept only in a form that no longer identifies you, for statistics.
- Order records: as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- Security logs: for a limited time, then deleted.
9. Your rights
You can ask to see, copy, correct or delete your personal data, and you can object to or ask us to limit some uses of it. You can update most profile details yourself in your account settings.
Deleting your account: use Delete account in your account settings, or write to support@eduvo.uz from the email on your account. The account is removed for good after 14 days. Until then you can ask us to cancel the deletion.
If you are in the EU or UK and you think we have not handled your data correctly, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
11. Children
Eduvo Mock is for people aged 16 and over. Younger learners may use it only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. If you think a child under 16 has given us data without that consent, write to us and we will delete it.
12. Security
We use HTTPS for every connection, store passwords only in hashed form and limit who on our team can access personal data.
13. Changes and contact
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we will email you about important changes.
